Anosozo (PTY) LTD operates a platform that allows solo contractors and home maintenance service providers to showcase their work and receive reviews. We act solely as an agency and are not responsible for the services provided by third-party service providers listed on our Website.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Use of the Website: You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Website.

Use of users data:

USE OF AGENT’S INFORMATION DOCUMENT:

This document explains the use of the documents which are required by Anosozo (pty)ltd from potential and current agents. The documents mentioned above include a certified copy of the identity document, proof of residence, criminal record clearance check, relevant certification where possible, formal/work half picture, pictures of the agents work (minimum of 5 different jobs) and a 3 min video of the agent working and a cellphone/ WhatsApp number.

  1. Certified copy of ID: Used to identify the agent/partner for security and safety reasons. This document will be held in the Anosozo database and will be released upon verted request while complying with POPIA and any other legal requirements.
  • Proof of residence: The address of the agent will be used to provide the agent with clients that are close by. This document will also be used for the safety and security of our clients and to adhere to any legal obligations that are subject to the operations of the platform. 
  • Criminal record check: This document is kept safe in the database and the Anosozo platform highly recommends sharing this information on the platform to assist the agent in building trust with potential clients. Should the agent request the disclosure of this information, then it will not be displayed but will be presented to comply with legal requirements.
  • Certification: This document is used to assist the agents in their credibility and trust towards their clients. Certification will, therefore, be shared on the platform unless stated otherwise and following the legal obligation required.
  • Formal/Work picture: Agents are required to submit pictures of themselves so that the clients can identify them. Therefore, this image will be shared on the platform as a form of identification.
  • Pictures and video of work: This data will be used to showcase the agents’ work and a sort of verification of the agent. These will also be used to advertise the platform unless the agent states otherwise and that could lead to a possible termination of the contract with the agent, as the platform relies on these for the agent to get the best results.
  • Cellphone and WhatsApp number: This information will be used to communicate with the agent and share promotions. Such details will be shared with third parties upon approval by the agent or in compliance with legal requirements. Sharing an EMAIL ADDRESS will be advised by Anosozo for the same reason.

USE OF CLIENT’S INFORMATION DOCUMENT:

The information below explains the use of the information required by Anosozo (pty) ltd from their clients. This information involves the client’s credentials, contact information, physical address and a picture of the job.

  1. Client’s credentials: This information is used to identify the client, while promoting the safety and security of our agents and other parties involved in the operation agreed upon.
  • Contact information: These include the cellphone number/ WhatsApp number and the email address. This information will be used to contact the client and sharing promotion and shall be shared with a third through abiding to the POPI Act for the protection of personal information.
  • Physical address: This is the delivery address that the service or product is expected to be delivered. In the event of a misunderstanding or any other reason this address shall be used lawfully.
  • Picture of the job: This information will be used to assess the work done by the agent and will be held as evidence of the service. Upon approval by the client, the picture will be used to showcase and promote the Anosozo platform.
