Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Anosozo (the “Platform”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platform and the services provided therein. By booking an appointment or paying for a service through the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms.
- Service Provision 1.1 Anosozo acts solely as an agency to advertise agents and facilitate bookings for their services. We do not provide the services ourselves. 1.2 Anosozo does not take responsibility for the actions or conduct of the agents listed on the Platform. Any issues arising from the services provided should be addressed directly with the agent.
- Deposit and Refund Policy 2.1 Clients may be required to pay a deposit of approximately 25% of the total service fee to confirm bookings. 2.2 If the agent fails to deliver the agreed-upon service and the job has not commenced, the deposit will be fully refunded. 2.3 If the job has commenced and the client requests a refund, it will be calculated based on the progress made and services rendered. The deposit does not include transport/delivery or inspection fees, which are non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policy 3.1 Cancellation of services must be confirmed by both the client and the agent. 3.2 Disputes arising from cancellations will be handled according to the agreements made between the parties.
- Client Responsibilities 4.1 Clients are responsible for documenting agreements made with the agent and may verify information through the Anosozo Platform.
- Job Delays 5.1 If a job is delayed due to the agent without prior communication, Anosozo may suggest an alternative agent after 7-9 business days. 5.2 Refunds, if required due to delays, will be calculated based on services not rendered or delayed.
- Payment Terms 6.1 Payments for completed jobs must be made within 24 hours unless otherwise communicated. 6.2 Failure to pay within the specified time allows the agent to pursue legal remedies through the Anosozo Platform.
- Legal Recourse 7.1 If the client fails to pay on the agreed-upon date after job completion, the agent may pursue legal action through the Anosozo Platform after 24 hours.

By using the Anosozo Platform, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms. To further ensure the best and fastest service, it is advised to send in deposit which will be refunded should the service provider not deliver. (Refunds will be calculated and given based on the issue faced by our customers.)
If you are already aware of the pricing of the service you require or have consulted one of our agents and obtained a quote, you may then proceed to pay or deposit money for the service below. Do not forget to add your reference!!!
